BSE Ltd are registered chartered engineers with Engineers Ireland. To comply with the Building Control Amendments Regulation (BCAR) we provide independent on-site inspection of all Building Services and Fire Safety related works. Inspections are scheduled throughout the project to record that works are installed to the required standard. On completion of the inspections to confirm all work are compliant with the appropriate building regulations we will issue the ancillary certificate to the assigned certifier.
